Nathan Hill (UC Berkeley/University of London) | Why does the Tibetan verb for ‘eat’ show an ‘a’ to ‘o’ ablaut from present to past (pres. za, past zos) whereas most Tibetan verbs (e.g. ‘kill’, pres. gsod, past bsad) show the opposite?
